In Nick Asbury’s new book, “The Road to Hell,” he highlights that brand purpose can stifle creativity. As brands ascend the ladder of abstraction, they risk becoming clichés.
I’ve decided to emphasize this point with a crossword puzzle. It’s inherently difficult (nay! impossible!) because of the nature of mission statements.
